POSTAGE - Goods are sent by registered mail. Once your order is complete, you will receive an Email or SMS to confirm that your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number for collection at your nearest post office. Registered parcels can be tracked by logging on www.sapo.co.za or SMS the tracking number to 35277 or Phone 0860 111 502 to check the location of your parcel. The tracking number could take up 48 hours before it appears on the Post Office system. Please note the postage fees are R 25.00
COURIER –Orders delivered directly to the address you provide. A signature will be required in order to receive the parcel. Our courier fees are R 45.00 - Door to door only – delivery 24-72 hours depending on area. For nearby deliveries we may use our in house courier services (our driver) to deliver to you when possible (same fee applies)

Our turnaround times are +/- 12 working days from acknowledgment. In our peak season order may take up 3 weeks (Peak season being November – February). Smart School Labels will not be responsible or held liable for damages or delays resulting from events outside of the reasonable control of Smart School Labels. When you receive your order you need to make sure the package is sealed and has not been tampered with. Check the contents of the package and if there is a discrepancy contact Smart School Labels immediately using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
